Facade diversity is something we enjoy experimenting with here at Blay Builders. We love using the James Hardie products in different ways, as featured vertical stria & axon combination which contrasts brilliantly with the bold bricks at the front and of course those timber battens that wrap the west side of the home.

The power of diversity principles in cladding adds depth and dimension to the exterior elements. 

The wet areas in this home have been kept paired back and minimalistic. It really has an effortless calming feel ...
