MOUNT TAYLOR

This home has multiple features from facade diversity, exceedingly high rooflines, cathedral ceilings, multiple living spaces, and is the ultimate entertainers dream.

The symmetry of the exterior really balances beautifully in an effortless way, simply by centralising the ceiling height difference which accentuates the homes' grandness.

Beaming glass from floor to ceiling custom made by LEGG radiates the openness of light and flow from inside the living to outside on the deck.
We know you are dying to see whats inside those walls, so here it is! Lets start with the beautiful ceiling detail, lined with the James Hardie AXON cladding, it makes the ceiling appear stronger and leaves a seamless finish. Protruding with light, the VELUX Skylights are super efficient way to open up the room with natural light and airflow.
These skylights are remote operated (or via a smart phone) but also are clever enough to sense rain and will automatically close immediately when necessary.
Built in 2020, this extraordinary home sits boldy on the heights of Wy Yung overlooking panoramic views of Mount Taylor. Optimising every window and direction facing the mountain and letting the rays of natural light pour into this home.

Facade diversity is what really makes a house look considered and confident, it architecturally enhances external walls to suit its structural significance, balance the home by blend the proportions evenly from material density to linear symphony.
The clients chose a combination of James Hardie Linea to collaborate with their hand selected Reclaimed Red Bricks sourced from Eco Group.
